Office visits are by appointment only, so please call in advance for your appointment. This will allow us to reserve a time especially for you. We find this works to everyone’s best interest, so the Doctors can spend the time that is necessary for each individual’s needs. We do, however,
allow for emergency times, when our patients have special needs.
We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and we ask that our patients extend the same courtesy. If you cannot make an appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible. This courtesy will allow us to give the appointment to another patient who might be in need.

Our staff is very knowledgeable in this area, and we will do our best to help our patients maximize their benefits according to individual needs. We will do our best to assist you with processing your insurance claims. Most of the time, we can estimate very closely what your co-payment will be.
As a courtesy to our patients we will complete the necessary claim forms and send them to your insurance company, when you come for a visit. We will wait a reasonable amount of time for payment from your insurance company, and we will furnish any necessary information to get our patients’ claims paid. However, the financial commitment to this practice is the patient’s responsibility.
Flex Spending and Health Savings Accounts
We will work with our patients who have Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Plans. The necessary paperwork will be furnished for our
patients, so they can be reimbursed.
We realize that financial concerns are a major consideration for our patients and we have multiple options available to make dentistry more affordable.
Our office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards along with the normal means of payment like cash and personal checks.
We also work with CareCredit for patients needing longer terms and not wanting to use conventional credit cards.
